Shy of a moose, this is about as Canadiana as it gets, eh? This little gem came to me way of that 100 records for 10 bucks craigslist score in Courtenay, BC. This is a commemorative 45′ of the theme song from the Comox Valley BC Summer Games in 1981. It’s so cheezy that it’s addictive. I was marching along waving my arms as we listened. ( I just outted my husband dancing in the kitchen*). I feel we should keep it just “cause”. I commute to work in this valley and it really does look like the photo. I’m usually looking at the pacific ocean view though. lol. The valley boasts being able to ski, surf, grow pot and kayak in the same day in our part of the world ~ 4 seasons a year. The SIDE B was the BEST with the bag pipe rendition really bringing it home.
